1-Manual product search is our main way to find profitable and long-term products, then you are going to be trained by the Store manager to improve your current skills. We don’t work with Tactical Arbitrage at all. It is out of our Store strategy.
2-Be an organized person, know all google features (google drive, google sheets, google calendar, google docs, canva designs(basic).
3-Be committed to our google calendar routine and working hours.
4-Some English skills are wanted like how to use the translator, know how to read text in English (don’t need to be fluent, just to be comprehended) be able to solve any issue by email/chat/answer Costumer claims, use Grammarly software to fix grammar mistakes, communicate to open cases on Seller Central to fix inventory.
5-This is a full time job and, sometimes, we are going to ask you to do extra-hours including saturdays/sundays, we just want committed people who want to grow in their Amazon career, get a future manager position in our Company and grow together with our team, so please, if you have already plans to move to another area, if you are just looking for a temporary job/part- time job to supplement your other job incoming, please do not apply for this offer.
6-If you have in mind plans to work with 2 or more Amazon Stores simultaneously, please don’t apply to this offer.
7-If you have plans to move out from Brazil, do not apply, because we only work with Brazilians who live in Brazil, you can work anywhere, take vacation outside Brazil, no problem, but your home must to be in Brazil.
7-Others tasks related to this position: Processing orders through seller central, buy daily shipping labels from the FBM orders, place daily orders from our suppliers, handle our FBM shipping deadline times, improve and keep our FBM metrics cleaned, processing returns from suppliers and to costumers, do costumer services.
As you can see, we need someone for a future Manager position, that is the reason we need to train you on all general positions in the Company.
