I’m Brazilian, I’ve extensive experience with Zendesk and I know how to manipulate / configure other service channels as described (in chat, phone, email, social media). I know how to handle the most used systems and applications for dropshipping. I still have no experience in store with Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM and product search, I’m finishing my learning with Elizando and I’m looking for my first opportunity to put into practice what I learned.
I’ve 14 years of experience in customer service and support and 3 years of experience in online stores / Drop / ecommerce and team management, I’ve experience in team management. I’ve experience in outsourcing, interviews, hiring, training, managing and firing customer support representatives for all channels and I’ve worked with people in several countries such as France, Philippines, India, USA, Canada, Italy.
