About me

Hi! I am looking for an opportunity as a VA to apply all the knowledge acquired in the course. 
I have skills with Customer Service, Online Arbitration and Order Processing, and great knowledge with Tactical Arbitration, Keepa and OA Genius tools.
My main objective is to add my knowledge and skills for the growth and development of your store.
I graduated in Virtual Assistant at Vapro Academy from January 2021 to April 2021, specializing in various activities such as: Online Arbitration, Customer Service, Order Management.
Experience with Central Seller, communication with customers through chat, creation of templates to respond to consumers, elaboration of spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, practice in Tactical Arbitration and participation in Project VABR Bololist for the website: virtualassistentbr.com, use of Arbitration Software Tactics for product research and analysis on Keepa.
My main skills are: communication, organization, good writing, email, word, excel, good adaptability and team spirit with immediate availability. I don't speak English fluently, but I understand and write well. I have a degree in Social Work and in my other professional experiences I have worked with the public seeking to understand their needs.
