    I joined the company as a receptionist and worked with students, interns, parents, apprentices and CIEE partner companies. In addition to customer service, I took care of sending and receiving correspondence, printing internship contracts, spreadsheets, receiving and registering candidates for interviews, selection processes, clarification of documents from Public Bodies and dismissals. August 2017 – May 2018 (10 months).
    I was promoted to take care of the internship sector, providing administrative support to the company’s commercial consultant. In this sector, I assisted in the organization of lectures, gave lectures on personal and professional development, service to companies, preparation of minutes, hiring interns, maintenance of internship contracts, termination and in the commercial area, prospecting for clients. May 2018 – November 2019 (1 year and 7 months).
    After taking care of the Internship area, I had the great opportunity to take care of the Learning Sector of the company where I worked. I took care of drafting apprenticeship contracts, receipt and analysis of documentation, maintenance of contracts, terminations, service to companies and insertion of young people in the job market. November 2019 – February 2023 (3 years and 4 months).
