About me

Hello, my name is Calene and I am a student in the third class of Elizandro Moreira, founder of the VAPRO course provided by the amazon academy. Currently I work as a dental assistant, part time, nothing that prevents me from working as a virtual assistant because I fell in love with virtual work when I worked with e-commerce, where I managed a virtual store for 4 years and, during that time I learned to look for products for reselling, responding to customer messages, sending and confirming product shipments within the platform, but I’ve never worked with Amazon. I am looking for an opportunity to specialize in the areas of customer service, order processing and, mainly, in the search for products for FBA, FBM and Private Label. In addition, I seek to learn more and grow as a VA. I have a good knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Excel, Google docs, sheets, Corel Draw, Canva, Photoshop, audio software and etc.
