I have mostly worked in small companies where I was not just managing service teams, but also technology whiz, cocktail making, helping a hand on housekeeping and enchanting guests all around. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I honestly enjoy it. I thrive in a workplace where two days are not the same.
In addition to being flexible and responsible, I’m also a fanatic for details – especially when it comes to presentation and service. One of my last five pax private parties on a luxury discovery yacht, the guests wanted some gelato, but they were not sure of which flavours they would like. I ask each of them a description of what would appeal their palate (nutty, fruity, chocolate flavours?) and brought custom made sundaes with 10 options of toppings (the result? Amazed guest and a big tip).
In my role as International Trade Senior Analyst I achieved great results during a project of customs and freight costs throughout all the teams in Latin America , which improved the budged and decreased the costs by 20% in three months. Most recently I attended a virtual assistant workshop that helped me sharpen my organisational skills and improve my out of the box and critical thinking.
I speak english fluently and I can communicate in Spanish and French as well.

Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours
Opening of the new discovery yacht Scenic Eclipse from shipyard to full service operation in a waitress and barista role. Responsible for providing personalized service for guests, which include placing meal and drinks orders in the MXP system according to the menu on the venue, respecting guests requests and allergies. Taking care of special orders and organization with galley and chefs. Participation in training regarding different menus throughout the whole ship, giving feedback over new recipes and service. Responsible for making caffeinated beverages in the buffet style venues in the mornings with a high quality standard, including latte art. Responsible as well for restaurant setups, design of opening and closure procedures of venues. Promoted mid contract to a head waitress position which entailed being responsible for a team of waiters regarding service procedures, product knowledge, training and personal conduct, besides creating voyage and guest reports, design of menu, tables reservations throughout three venues and supervising the service operation in the cafe style venue and French fine dining restaurant.

Initially hired by Siemens as a Trainee in 2009, which the main activity was rotating between different sectors of the company, creating improvement and learning projects for the corporation as a whole, with an emphasis on international trade and logistics operations. Execution of employment contract as foreign trade assistant in February 2011 in which the main objective was to assist the areas of import, export, international purchases and logistics with the execution of monitoring reports and forecasts in the ERP SAP, generation of data for execution of KPIs, administration of shipping and dispatch documentation and direct contact with dispatchers and project managers. Promotion to Junior Foreign Trade Analyst in 2013 and later Senior Analyst in the same area where I became responsible for the coordination and management of high volume shipments (+400 cases / month), working together with dispatchers and freight forwarders in the preparation of boarding documents boarding and international clearance.
